irish ppx oi pirate band Zagreb, Croatia http://www.myspace.com/paddy39sallstars bio c/p : Paddy's Allstars was formed in March of 2006. when a couple of irish enthusiasts gathered with a desire to make some music. After tons of rehearsals, and unfortunatelly, almost the same amount of lineup changes, final lineup that exists nowadays was formed in December of 2006. We had our first gig on St. Patrick's day - 17.03.2007., which (figures) was attended only by a bunch of our friends. :) Thanks to some of them, and to some other good people, we managed to get a few more gigs here and there during the spring and summer of 2007. And thanks to those, and almost constant wave of creativity that resulted in quite a few of our own songs, we got the opportunity to do bigger gigs in well known clubs like KSET, Boogaloo, Kocka, and bunch of others, all over Croatia. That resulted in over a dozen concerts, and got us many new friends and supporters. Final prize was the invitation to play on a grand festival on St. Patrick's day in 2008., which was held at Zrinjevac square, in the centre of Zagreb, capital of Croatia, which gave us the opportunity to play side by side with artists like James Cannon and The Sinners, or The Slip. After that we devoted all our time and energy to our first album, which will contain 8 songs, and should be finished any day now. In the future, we hope to find a decent record label, and thus release our little album properly; get more gigs, play with more awesome bands/artists, get more friends, and generally - have loads of fun. And, if you someday attend one of our concerts - we hope you will, as well. :) Cheers!
