About Pack
There are a few groups called The Pack: 1. Pack was a German punk rock band founded by Jörg Evers (ex-Amon Düül II), who yearned for more "direct and straightforward" music after after a trip to London. Still in 1977, they recorded the single" Com'On" in a former WW2 bunker. It's been released by Teldec in 1978. Of course, they claim this to be the first "true" punk record, while others say they're hippies... The following LP Pack doesn't seem to have been so successful -- it was the last. The opener "We Better Get Ready" is an absolute gem of trashy, noisy punk. 2. Pack is a crust punk band from Biel/Switzerland. Some songs listed here were performed by an artist named "The Pack".
