PVC16 is an electro-punk band from Tallinn, Estonia, formed in 2016, "on the day Alan Vega died." Obscene repetitive lyrics, guitar noise, wild saxophone improvisations, classic Roland TR-808 drum machine. Highly influenced by early 80s New York's no wave scene.
