Morris (born Philesciono Canty) is an American music producer, multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter and composer. He has performed under several monikers, including Morri$. His music is notable for its sense of humour, and for combining elements of hip-hop and experimental sounds into memorable music. Resident Advisor has lauded him for fastening the "holographic allure of Southern rap beats...to a distinctly American hip-hop template". Morris has produced tracks for Kelela & LE1F including the recent collaboration "OICU" (2014), as well as Feist, been released on Night Slugs and Fade To Mind, and completed a North American tour with FKA twigs.
