About Ottowan

Ottawan was a French disco band active in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The group was fronted by lead vocalist Jean Patrick (born April 6, 1954) and singer Annette (born November 1, 1958). Their music was written and produced by Daniel Vangarde and Jean Kluger. Ottawan is best known for the hit singles "D.I.S.C.O." and "Hands Up (Give Me Your Heart)". While the name Ottawan may not be widely recognized in the United States, the song "Hands Up (Give Me Your Heart)" has remained popular in various social settings such as parties, wedding receptions, exercise classes, and line dances, often accompanied by choreographed movements reflecting the song's lyrics.
