One Promise (or ONE PROMISE) , formerly known as Empty, is a Hong Kong Band formed back in 2002 and disbanded in 2023. Members as followed, Main Vocalist Mandy Lo (盧文廸) , Guitarist Chow Tin Hang 周天衡 , Bass Guitarist Sora Chan (陳羿辰) and Drummer Anton Fung (馮卓然). They re-debuted in 2019 as ONE PROMISE after signing with Brave Nusic (Under Universal Music Hong Kong).
