This genus is native to the Northern hemisphere, and includes species extending from the cold latitudes of Olympia, WA and Long Island, NY. Oaks is a indie rock duo from Minneapolis,MN. The band consists of Erica Krumm and Jim Kolles. They released their debut self-titled EP on August 11,2011 featuring the lead track ''Feathers''. On February 16,2013 they released their second EP ''Field Beat''.
