About O Jerusalem
O Jerusalem is a technical metal band from the central KY area. The band began in 2006, and since then has gone through a few member changes, including a new drummer, and losing one of their guitar players. The band has 2 releases under their belt including their debut 5 song E.P. called THE RETURN. Their second releases was meant to be a full length, but due to the abrupt leaving of their original drummer and founding member Drew Dilday, the band decided to postpone the record entitled VESSELS. The releases was pushed back a few times, ultimately seeing it released digitally only as a two song E.P. After taking some time off in the fall of 2007, the band enlisted the talents of formed 95 Theses drummer Josh Stuban. Once entering the band, instead of focusing on learning old songs, the band decided to start fresh and write new songs. Since then the band has appeared on the hardcore showcase at 2008's Ichthus Festival, one of the biggest Christian music festivals in the country, in which they earned a top spot on the years lineup. OJ is currently finishing writing their record, and plans to put out their full length in 2009 called FIGHT OFF SLEEP.
