To date there are at least 2 bands named Not The Same. 1) 90's Melodic Punkrock 2) Alt Punk Rock of the mid 2020's from Northern California 1. Not The Same had a quite popular album 'Hate', which is one of the first punk albums which led the American 90's melodic punkrock in the home grounds. Recorded and released one official CD "Hate" and unofficial "Live recording", "6 pack" and some demos. 2. Not The Same is an alternative punk rock band in Northern California with a female lead singer. Their first single "Peachy" was released in Nov 2024. Second single Rainwater was released Feb 2025.
