NIOWT from Slovenia was founded in 1992, this 5 piece band led by energetic singer Mojca Krevel is the most prestigious example of Slovenian alternative music next to Laibach. They've released two albums to date: Niowt (1997) and Loverboy (2001). Not much was heard after 2003, they seem defunct or on hiatus.
