About Mujaji
Mujaji is an interplanetary electronic downtempo groove bouncing entity. Mujaji has produced over 100 tracks over the past 10 years, with three published albums, several singles and numerous compilation appearances. Most of Mujaji's music is trip-hop with the odd drumnbass, dancehall or experimental track thrown in. Mujaji tracks have been used on TV shows (CSI, MTV Road Rules, ...) and in a wide variety of video contexts from skateboarding soundtracks to cooking shows. Mujaji are 2 brothers who have been writing and recording music together for over a decade. What began as experiments on a 4-track eventually led to their first release in 2001 on Shadow Records. They've toured around the northeastern US and released tracks on various labels including Shadow Records and Bastard Jazz Recordings.
