"Demi Masa" is a collaborative album of two MCs who are in the list of the most influential MCs in Indonesia. One of the most prominent rapper and also the pioneer of Indonesian hip hop from the 90s era. Morgue Vanguard began his journey from Bandung with Homicide, who has been transcending independently, giving birth to classic albums before disbanding a decade ago. While Doyz, who departed from Blakumuh duo, known initially as part of the Pesta Rap compilation, joined P-Squad before releasing a solo album which broke the local standard of hip hop in the early 2000s. With two distinctive features / characters, they work hand in hand, exchanging rhymes, personal and political. On top of the music written by Morgue Vanguard, which unfolds a classic boombap of charismatic throwback elements to go beyond all nostalgia - both expressed and implied - knitting narratives about time and existence. Featuring Iwa K, Mr.EP (Blakumuh), Sarkasz (Bars of Death) and Rand Slam, are also epic contributions from Spartan turntablism from DJ Evil Cutz. 12 songs including their single breakthrough, "Testamen" and a remix version of Vladvamp (Koil).
