Mohamad Bash A member of the Lebanese professional Artists Association, Mohamad Bash is a singer, writer and a composer. Born in Damascus, Syria, Bash's musical talent flourished at the age of 8. He composes his own songs from Lyrics to Melody and has a unique musical taste. Bash?s rise to fame started in February 2009 when he was admitted to the sixth season of the Lebanese reality TV and talent show ?Star Academy?. Twenty young candidates, from all over the Middle East aiming at starship, get to compete for the ?Star? title of the talent show. His outstanding TV performances, along the International superstar singers such as the legendary Julio Iglesias, Keith Thompson, David Vendetta, Laurent Wolf, Mario Reyes, Karl Wolf, Massari, Yves Larock, and Jaba, made Bash gain a current widespread fan base. Bash?s journey on the talent show ended one step away from the semifinal phase. After the 2009 show, Bash decided to sing professionally and joined the music and entertainment world. The debut song was composed and written by Bash. ?Rah Insaki? (First single) was released in November 2010 and proved to be a major hit. The track reached a large number of views and downloads during a short period of time. Concurrently, an English version ?Can?t Stop Missing You? was released as well. Aside from "Rah Insaki," some of the highlights of Mohamad Bash include ?Hobbak Dammarni? (second single), a famous track ?Majnoun? which was composed during his academy stay, a patriotic single dedicated to the people of Syria ?Syria Sh3bek Akbar, and ?Ahla Ayam? a popular song for a famous TV episode ?Elderasah 2?. Bash released in July 2012 his first album of 10 spiritual songs ?Yaa Mnn? during the Holy month of Ramadan. Upon its release, ?Yaa Mnn? received positive reviews from media, press and music critics as it topped the Mazika albums chart for weeks. In addition to the 2012 musical videos "Asbahna W Amsaina" and ?Yaa Mnn?, Bash republished in 2013 through digital distribution his ?Yaa Mnn?album with two new musical videos ?Ya Rabbi Sobhanak? and ?Behak Kol El Anbyaa?. Bash is currently working with Jammo Art Production on his first new Pop album 'Ana Almoshtaq' set to be released in 2014.
