About Miljoonasade
Miljoonasade are a popular Finnish rock group formed in Jyväskylä, Finland in 1985. They rose to fame with their first single Lapsuuden sankarille in 1986. While the band has not released new material in recent years, they have played a gig every now and then. The band had a short hiatus in the beginning of the 2010s. They had a reunion in a Finnish reality TV show in 2014 and have since released a new album. The frontman of the band is the singer Heikki Salo, who also writes the band's lyrics that are often praised. Matti Nurro plays guitar and Ari Laaksonen bass, with Jarmo Hovi in drums and Olli Heikkinen playing keyboards. Some of the hits of the band in addition to Lapsuuden sankarille include Marraskuu, Silmitön talvi and 506 Ikkunaa.
