About Mike Key
Mike Key is a Berlin-based, producer from Romania quickly gaining traction in the dance music scene. Prior to focusing his attention on electronic music, Mike’s musical background is classical, where he specializes in violin and piano given his Conservatorium studies. For this reason, he has developed a talent for producing energetic dance music but with a climactic, cinema score-esque motif adorned with a particular attention to harmonies and soundscpaes. Moving to Italy for many years at a young age, he continued his studies and increased his networking. Towards the end of 2020, his track “I Feel It” became an early global tastemaker favorite with support from; Lost Frequencies, Brooks, R3hab, Future House Music, and Spinnin Records as well as radio support locally in Italy. More tracks are carefully released, which soon become cornerstones of the nascent audience - until the gates of 2023 when works such as “Lightyears”, “Hustler” and “Like That” mark what now looks like a promising artistic direction for the young Romanian producer. He has received support from renowned labels such as Soave, Lilly Era and Perfect Havoc.
