McDonalds is: 1.The short lived band from Ohio consisting of Andy from the Necros. 2. McDonalds was also the name of one of the first British Straight Edge bands (choosing the name to offend Vegetarians/Vegans/Animal Rights people who were coming into the UK scene at the time), they later changed their name to Steadfast. Ian Leck of Voorhees fame was their singer.
