About Matt Kane
Matt Kane began to study art and music in New York as a small child. After learning how to play piano, trumpet, trombone, guitar, and percussion, as well as a Computer Arts degree, he moved several times around the west coast, inhabiting in musical colonies in Reno, NV, Olympia, WA, and San Francisco, CA. He is currently still working out of Reno, Lake Tahoe, and San Francisco, as well as, around the Bay Area. His solo music albums to date include "Depression Sessions: Alive in Olympia" (2006), "Summer of Love" (2007), and "An Increase of Perditious Elements" (2009). His 4th solo project "Intellectrical" is due out in early 2011, with MK performing on beats/percussion, guitars, ukuleles, trumpet, trombone, bass, flutes, and synths, as well as still writing lyrics and singing. He has produced around 12 other albums with The Killer Pandas, Morse Cosmos, and Turttleshell. He has also produced a bulk of the videos on Youtube.com/thekillerpandas.
