DJ Martyn Brown collects the rare 'Golden Oldies', mainly from the 1960s but can be heard playing anything from pop to punk to rock during his show hours. Having played in pubs, clubs and shop windows for 30 years, it's now time to sit at the computer and pass on his experiences in music to others. Martyn has worked with national radio DJs while running his mobile discotheque but was also perfectly happy performing on his own to specialist music audiences. Normally presenting the Old, Gold 'n' Rare programme, Martyn is lively, runs competitions like 'Guess The Year', 'Mystery Voice' or 'Top 5 From Yesteryear … Guess The Year And What Was No1?' and can even squeeze in the odd request for the competition winners.
