About Martin Day
Martin was born on the 31st of may 1980 in zurich and grew up in st-gallen with a younger brother and sister. By the age of six he started playing piano. While his teachers tried to make him learn classical music he preferred playing pop tunes from the radio and started writing his own songs. During his younger years he sang for school choirs, a big band and performed as a solo artist. One of his happiest times he spent in California studying communication and singing for the University Gospel Choir. Since music became such a hard job to earn a living Martin works as a teacher, a journalist and to finance producing his own record he sings for weddings and parties. It was always one of his biggest dreams to bring out an own record with self written songs. At the beginning of 2007 his first record will appear. Martin is a true Piano-Man and Singer & Songwriter by heart. Enjoy!
