About Lyla Foy

Lyla Foy (aka Wall) is an English, London-based songwriter and solo artist. She has shared stages with The National, Sharon Van Etten, Midlake, Phosphorescent, and Fleet Foxes. Lyla also sings and plays bass with psychedelic six-piece, Mono Club, fronted by Goldheart Assembly's John Herbert. Lyla Foy released 'Magazine'/'Over My Head' 7" single in September 2012, followed the 'Shoestring' EP in April 2013 - both under the moniker Wall. Foy signed to Sub Pop Records in summer 2013. She accompanies this news with a the release of a double A side 7" single on November 18th - 'Easy'/'Head Down' - now under her own name. Debut album 'Mirrors the Sky' came out March 18/19 '14 worldwide on Sub Pop.
