Lewis Cowdrey, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1945, is a world-class harmonica player, vocalist, and guitarist known as one of the co-founders of the Austin, Texas blues scene. In the 1970s, he co-founded the legendary blues band Storm alongside prominent musicians like Jimmie Vaughan and W.C. Clark.
