About Leon de Graaff

Leon de Graaff (born Haarlem, The Netherlands, 22 February 1950) is a Dutch pop singer and a typical case of a one hit wonder: he released just three singles, one of which - the lovely Pittsburgh In The Rain, hit #28 in the Dutch charts in 1971 and became a bit of a classic in The Netherlands. The song was written by De Graaff and Alan Parfitt (a band member of The Cats at the time), arranged by Bert Paige and produced by Boudewijn de Groot.
