About Leif Edling
Leif Edling is the leader, songwriter and bassist of Candlemass, the legendary Swedish doom metal band. He started off handling bass and vocal duties in the band Trilogy, alongside Ian Haugland, who is now the drummer for Europe. Edling also started the doom metal band Abstrakt Algebra with vocalist Mats Levén and guitarist Michael Wead. In 2002, he formed another doom band by the name of Krux, which included Levén again. He also founded Avatarium.
