About Laughta
Laughta is a Lebanese MC and Actress from North London with lots of charisma and an effervescent aura. Her debut EP titled "Unstoppable" was released online on High Bar Nation and is now available for all to stream and download (www.laughta.bandcamp.com/album/unstoppable-ep). Her experience as an artist ranges from stints on stage at the Hackney Empire as part of a cast in a Musical to full character portrayal in professional plays. As a musician she has also embraced live audiences and being on stage by performing regularly to intimate crowds at places like Troy Bar & Cargo in Shoreditch plus the popular Islington Restaurant/Bar Cottons' showcase nights. The artists that have inspired her the most are Wiley, Shystie, Missy Elliot, Ludacris, Papoose & Lowkey to name a few. She plans to bring something different to the UK Hip-Hop/Grime scene in the next few years and hopes to become a respected artist.
