The performing artist sings about passion & heroes. Authentic and wild the charming singer and dancer entertains her audience. The international band plays hard rock but also soulful songs are given space. Lady Volcano's songs are about issues that affect us all. The Love, the freedom and an independent life. With her backpack Sonia travelled to Egypt, because she wanted to study the dance of the Middle East. Soon she became a performing artist and was dancing at the Red Sea wit her own music band. Today the artist has a well-known face in the Arab World because she played a main role in a famous Egyptian TV series. Back in Germany the dancer Sonia Asmahan staged two dance theatre pieces and has created an interesting dance: The Hip Iso Style. After a performance a volcano photographer compared her to a volcano. It inspired her to write a rock song . In 2012 she firmed her band and released her first music album. "Lady Volcano" was born.
