About LUC DE LA ROCHELIERE
Luc de Larochellière was born in 1966 in Quebec, and has released eight studio albums since 1998. He bagan his career at the age of 20, after winning three awards at the Festival de la chanson, including best singer/songwriter and best song for "Trac du lendemain" ("Stage Fright the Next Day. In 1988, he released his debut album, Amère América (Bitter America), which was an immediate success. His next six albums received many awards and honors, including several awards from SOCAN and even a nomination in 2006 for the Victoires de la Musique in France for the best French-language album from outside that country. .
