About L'Orchestra di Piazza Vittorio
The Orchestra was founded in the summer of 2002 and in 2003 it toured Italy introducing its worldwide music and musicians to audiences. It is made up of folk, classical, pop, jazz and street artists. Now after four years, the release of the new album Sona. It is the conclusion of two years of work on the part of each musician: coming up with a way to play with others without betraying their individual style. Not an easy task if you consider the various instruments we were dealing with, and nearly impossible if you consider the diverse artistic and geographic background of the musicians.
