There are two bands with the name KLACK: EBM/new beat from United States, and Japanese visual kei. 1) Klack from USA make EBM and new beat music of the old style. The band has two members: Eric (Techniker, Traurigkeit) and Matt (Klangmacher, Geschrei). They have released several singles and three EPs on bandcamp. Most of their tracks collected in one full-length release called Catching Up With Klack. https://klack.bandcamp.com/ 2) Klack from Japan are often categorized as a visual kei band and their music is a mix between punk and rock, similar to that of the Sex Pistols. Since 2003, the band went through a lot of trials, making them a flagship band of the Japanese indie scene.
