About Juliet
Juliet is a Japanese r&b/pop/dance group that debuted in 2009. It consists of 3 members named Hami, Maiko, and Yumi. Little is publicly known about the individual members other than their first names. All three are "gyaru" (gal subculture) fashion models. Their debut single, ナツラブ (Natsu Love, "Summer Love") ranked #1 immediately after its release on cell phone ringtone site Chaku Uta and popular music ranking chart Recochoku. Juliet has since released more "love" songs for each of the rest of the seasons, numerous other singles, and four full-length albums. Many of their songs are about the things that happen in the lives of young people, particularly young women.
