In fact, he was tapped by Ron Howard to portray Diamond for the film Frost/Nixon. He also starred in the 2011 film Beautiful Noise as the male lead Bobby Drake and sings several songs on the film's soundtrack. 2. Jay White performing sometimes with his band the Blues Commanders. An accomplished guitarist, Jay has performed with many famed artists. Born in California, Jay moved to Texas as a child. Jay White and The Blues Commanders perform original blues across Central Texas. The band has seen recognition as an outstanding indie group.
