James Sampson is a Danish singer, who was born and raised in USA. He moved to Denmark in 1999, because he fell in love with his current wife Evy, who is a Dane. He got his breakthrough when he won the first season of the danish talentshow 'Stjerne for en aften,' in 2001.Since then, he has released four albums. In 2007 he competed in the Danish national final of the Eurovision Song Contest and he was a runner-up to DQ.
