Jan Plestenjak is a Slovenian singer/composer. He came 5th at the Slovenian national final of the 1995 Eurovision Song Contest with a song called "Ker te ljubim" (Because I Love You) and 3rd at the 1999 national final with a song called "Moja dezela" (My Country). In the 2001 national semifinal he came 10th with the song "Vse je OK" (Everything Is OK). He has later composed a couple of songs that have been competing at the Slovenian national finals of the ESC.
