About J-Boogie's Dubtronic

see J Boogie's Dubtronic Science. Justin "J Boogie" Boland is an American DJ/producer from San Francisco, California. He is signed to the Om Records label, and has a group called J Boogie's Dubtronic Science, which features himself and a few other frequent contributors. Although Dubtronic Science uses production techniques popularized in Dub music, the music does not fall strictly under that stylistic genre. He released his first J Boogie's Dubtronic Science album in 2003. In 2008 Soul Vibrations came out. His style includes a mixture of hip-hop, funk, nujazz, afrobeat, latin, dancehall, soul, and electronic. He is the co-creator of the radio show "Beatsauce," along with DJ's Raw B, and Wisdom on KUSF, which was awarded "Best hip-hop show" by citysearch.com, the S.F. Bay Guardian, and the S.F. Weekly. J Boogie served as the host of the Nickelodeon television block TEENick for several years and the short-lived CW Now television news-magazine show.
