Central Coast four piece “In Hydes Shadow” are no strangers to the music scene. Formed in early 2012, this alternative rock outfit has been built from former NSW bands that have played with some of Australia’s finest home grown talent. The band has been vigorously writing over the past few months, building a quality set to showcase their talent, and is now set to put in the hard yards to get their name out there and kill it ------------------------------------- Lead vocals - Aaron Smith Formerly from band Missing Deltora, Aaron has played head support shows for the likes of Magic Dirt, Mammal, and Triple J unearthed artist Young & Restless. Aaron has also done a random duet with You Am I front man, Tim Rogers, which involved one too many bottles of wine, beer, and what ever else was on the table at Lizotts Kincumber. Aarons style has been described as both melodic and raw. Influences include Staind, Stone Sour, Finch. Guitars - Jack Marr Formerly from Sydney metal band Divergence, Jack has been playing guitar and been in and out of bands for years now, has a plentiful knowledge of music and years of experience. loves his metal and hardcore but isn't afraid to lash out with the blues chops and occasionally an acoustic. Is always keen to have a drink and party. He will enthrall you with his riffs and character. Notable influences: Alter Bridge, Machine Head, Pantera, Gary Moore Bass - Lachlan Campbell Formerly of Sydney based bands Divergence and Black Acid Flashbacks. Is a fantastic and entertaining bass player, amazing musical knowledge, can create and alter anything to absolute brilliance given the chance. Can play a range of instruments from strings to wind to brass and beyond, loves to drink and have a wicked time, watch out for him on stage, he's lethal. Favourite Bands: In Flames, Cancer Bats, The Acacia Strain, Joe Bonamassa Drums - Jared Lean Formerly from Central coast band :Halfway Home" With a forthcoming E.P and a host of gigs in the pipeline, keep and eye out for them in the months to come.
