About Hypersonic
There are several artists that go by the name Hypersonic: 1) Hypersonic is Yoni Salah, age 24. Yoni has a wide musical background from classic to rock, from soul to electro, and he is using elements of 70's psychedelic rock, 80's rock and pop, metal guitar riffs, tribal percussions with live guitars and vocals, all blend into a melting pot of Psy-Trance sounds. Yoni Salah has released 1 album under the alias Hypersonic and 2 albums under the alias Psydrop. 2) Hypersonic was an alias used by Andre Jacobs & Danny Donnelly (Suburban Base) who released bleep techno in 1990. 3) Hypersonic, Symphonic Metal band female fronted, formed in early 2006 by Salvo Grasso and Emanuele Gangemi. Debut album, Fallen Melodies, was released in 2011 via Underground Symphony Records while the second full-lenght called "Existentia" in 2016 (Revalve Records) feat. Tommy Johansson and Michele Luppi. “Prayer In The Dark” single immediately becomes one of the most acclaimed songs by the fans. The band toured in UK, Sweden, Romania (Maximum Rock Festival), Netherlands, Switzerland managing to achieve excellent sales and placements in the metal music charts. Later the singer Alessia leaves the band for personal reasons and Hypersonic welcomes the new Dark Queen and songwriter Eleonora Russo. So the band released the single “Path Of Salvation” in 2019 and performs more dates in Europe (Metal festival in Sweden and Brainstorm fest in The Netherlands). During the lockdown 2020, Hypersonic wrote songs for the third album and so in 2024 the band signed a record deal with the label Rockshots Records for the release of the new record “Kaosmogonia”. The full-lenght talks about human weaknesses such as depression, fears, the harm we do to others, unhealthy relationships with the people we love, revenge and protection but also a lot of hope for a better future. “Kaosmogonia” will be released in April 2024 and will be brought forward by the first single called “Mother Earth”
