About Heroes For Hire

Heroes for Hire are an Australian pop-punk band from Doonside, New South Wales in Sydney's western suburbs. The band currently consists of guitarist/vocalist Duane Hazell, bassist Chris "Potter" Moretti, guitarist Matt "Gremlin" Gravolin and drummer Anthony Caruso. The band formed in 2006, and were named after a fictional Marvel Comics superhero team. The band have toured with both Australian acts such as Short Stack, Tonight Alive and Skyway; as well as international acts such as Unwritten Law, MXPX, The Ataris, Yellowcard and The Wonder Years. To date, the band have released three studio albums - Life of the Party (2010), Take One for the Team (2011) and No Apologies (2012). In 2013, the band announced that they would be parting ways with founding vocalist Brad Smith; with Hazell taking over on lead vocals.
