About Hayashi Asuka
Asuca Hayashi, born on May 28, 1989, is a singer, and more recently songwriter. She is half-Chinese and half-Japanese, but more frequently performs songs in Japanese. Debuting at the young age of 13 with the single, "ake-kaze," which saw a simultaneous release in Taiwan and Japan in 2003, Asuca has since released 3 albums, one mini album, and ten singles as of April 9, 2007. Asuca landed a contract with Toshiba EMI at the age of 11 after her piano teacher sent in a demo tape. She is known for her powerful vocals, which are often considered to sound mature beyond her young age. http://asuca.jp
