Governor Andy, born 1 December 1962 in Västerås, is a Swedish reggae artist. Governor Andy began his career as a reggae musician in the band Free Speed ​​1979. He then sang in several bands before 1991 he moved to Stockholm, where he was instrumental in starting reggae clubs Trinity Sound, Slingshot Sound and Club Studio One.
