About Glamatron
Glamatron was a short-lived, minimal synth band from Toronto, Canada. The band consisted of Kurt Laporte (guitar, bass), Rudi Van Stéénës (synthesizer, drums, vocals) and Rick Krausmink (synthesizer, keyboards). They had one release, a 12" record, “Only the Heart Beats...Inside the Silence”, released in 1981. Kurt Laporte with Rudi Van Stéénës went on to form the group Vis A Vis.
