About GMH
GMH may refer to 2 artists. 1) “GMH, aka Gary “Man” Hatton, was born in South East London in the early 80’s. He started “MCin” at the age of 15 and performed live on several pirate radio stations in the South London area. Due to circumstances beyond his control, he moved to and from West Sussex and London on numerous occasions. GMH jumped back in the music scene, hosted parties and more pirate radio stations and genuinely enjoyed life as a teenage MC and DJ… In 2006, GMH had finally put together Mixtape: Volume 1, a compilation of tracks which told his life story up to that point. Early 2008 saw the release of Mixtape: Volume 2, in which he found friendship with fellow Crawley musician If-E and collaboration was seen as the future for both artists. This is when music started to become more serious, not just a hobby. This was evident in Mixtape: Volume 3, which was released in late 2008 - The levels had gone up phenomenally! And then in March 2009, GMH and If-E proudly presented “The Credit Crunch Album” which shone a lighter and more positive look on the recession… Since that point, GMH had been working on his solo debut album and various other projects which involved working alongside other local musical artists, to help push their music into the scene. On the 13th October 2011, GMH dropped his readily anticipated debut album “me and my mate mic”, which sold over 300 copies on-road! GMH has also performed live at several big, local events such as the “International Mela” at The Hawth, in the local town centre for various musical showcases and also performed for the Crawley Queens Diamond Jubilee celebrations which was an event that saw all 3500 tickets sold out! GMH has been going from strength to strength and he always says that he gets his strength from his fans, so keep listening and keep supporting so we can hear more from this amazing artist!” 2) A Winnipeg singer-songwriter
