About Fud Leclerc

Fud Leclerc (born Fernand Urbain Dominic Leclercq - Died. 20 Sep 2010), is a Belgian singer, who was also the pianist of Juliette Gréco. After his career as a pianist, accordionist, song writer and singer, Leclerc traveled the world before returning to Belgium where he began a new career as a building contractor. He is currently retired, and living in Brussels. More recently, Leclerc was invited to ESC 2005 by the Belgian TV network RTBF as a guest star. Leclerc represented Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest four times: in 1956, 1958, 1960 and 1962. The song Leclerc performed in the 1962 Contest is notable for being the first song performed at the Contest that scored zero points.
