About Freska
From an early age Evgeny Bukreev aka Freska had diverse taste in music, different as Black Sabbath and Kraftwerk. He took his first guitar in 1998, later on adding synths and drum machines. Freska used his limitless passion for music and lack of prejudice to try on very different projects with lounge and experimental rock. After 3 years trying various dance music genres he decided to try as solo artist under Freska alias. Using electro as foundation and adding techno elements, creating deep, poetic and ethnic music portraits of his snowy homeland. Not shying away from using his acoustic guitar. Now more then ever he open to explore vast space of electronic sounds. From the first release Freska’s tracks have a good support from many well known DJ's including the likes of Carl Craig, Carl Cox,Sasha, Umek, Laurent Garnier and Miss Kittin.
