Fezz
About Fezz
The band was once named Error 404, that changed later on when most people couldn’t pronounce it and they decided to come up with a name easy to say in English as well as in Spanish. The name Expired followed it, but it still didn’t represent us the way we hoped, then Flavor Chalk followed but that sucked as well. So after some time of thought and reasoning, Fezz came to mind which is really the most stupid most senseless name of all, and so they decided it was a great name for the band. At first it was just a cover band from different new-school punk bands and original songs were being created but not played or practiced. Michael Bartlett (Ex Lead Guitar) joined the band at mid 2002 and Fezz began to produce original songs and record them on a computer. Fezz made four tracks and began playing shows. After a few months Michael left and Fezz needed a guitarist to fill in his place. We had many choices in mind but who we really were interested in was Juan Carlos Muhlbach. He seemed to like Fezz and its music and he was also a good friend to the band so he was welcomed in warmly. To date, Fezz is working on making a CD and songs are just bursting out with no stopping it. This is a band that’s trying to influence El Salvador to a new type of music never heard here before. With creative riffs and lyrics, these five boys try and take on all the screaming and distorted bands that plague the city. Support your local punk band damn it!!! JC Muhlbach: Rhythm Guitar, Alberto Rosales: Lead Vocals Mario Saenz: Bass Mario Ortega: Back Up, Lead Guitar
