Escape-Ism is a solo project by Ian Svenonius of groups which include Chain & The Gang, The Make Up, The Nation of Ulysses, XYZ, and Weird War. Ian Svenonius is also author of underground bestsellers such as 'The Psychic Soviet', 'Supernatural Strategies for Making a Rock ’n’ Roll Group', and 'Censorship Now!!'. Escape-Ism's debut album 'Introduction to Escape-ism' was released in November 2017, and their second 'The Lost Record' was released in September 2018.
