About Eric Chiptune

22 year old laptop musician "Eric Chiptune" uses Ableton Live 6.0.7 plus multiple VSTi's to create an emulated chiptune sound. He started out in the summer of 2006 just for a laugh, but when myspace started to pay a bit more attention he started to make a few more tracks. Using drum samples from LSDJ and the C64 he creates chiptune sounding tracks often with strings and pianos infused. In December 2007 his first and only album as of date was released, a compilation with Mr.Kitty, 'Forever Nintendo'. The Dumbass typoed his own name and the cover reads 'Eric Chpiptune' :D
