About Emily Watts

Emily Grace Watts grew up in the eastern suburbs of Sydney Australia. With strong influences from artists such as No Doubt, The Beatles, The Veronicas, Missy Higgins and Jeff Buckley. Emily grew up with a love and passion for pop music. As she grew up, her taste in music matured into something a little more darker and emotional. She has been known to play Guitar and Drums from time to time and has been singing and writing her own songs from the age of 14. Her love and passion for music has only grown stronger with age. Emily started writing music with friends in high school. Herself and other friends from high school formed numerous different bands to perform at school. After graduation high school, Emily co-founded a more successful band 'The Shady Drive''. After performing numerous acts in many different venues to crowds of hundreds she is currently focusing on her new and currently untitled album. Although she would love to make a career of it, Emily's only interest is to create music and enjoy creating it.
