EBONY EYES The Japanese Hard Rock/Heavy Metal band. the band formed by Akira Tanaka (Vo), Yukihisa Kanatani(G), Michiaki Shimizu (G) and others in Kyoto,Japan in 1989. they got favor by dramatic tunes and transcendental twin guitar. and they do a member change and with Hirofumi Miyake (B),Takashi Fukumura (D)(ex-RAJAS) joined the band. and they released 1st album “HARD ROCK RENAISSANCE” in April 1991. then Akira Fujimoto (Vo)(ex-X-RAY) joins EBONY EYES. and they released 2nd album “Final Fight” in October 1991. EBONY EYES disbanded in January 1992. and the band plays again in 1996. Yukihisa Kanatani quit the band in 2002. the band name changed into Ebony Eyes Excellent in 2008 and restarted.
