About Drum Kru
Drum Kru was a 2001 collaboration between many high-profile drum and bass artists of the time. The supergroup was the brainchild of Sean Martins a.k.a. MC Ryme Tyme and managed a solitary release on his 1210 imprint. Also included in the collective were Dan Stein, Jason Maldini and Michael Wojcicki (better known respectively as DJ Fresh, Maldini & Vegas of Bad Company UK fame), Daniel Burke (DJ Fierce), Duncan Hutchinson (DJ Trace) and Matt Quinn (Optical). Many of the group members had collaborated on different projects before and after the formation of Drum Kru.
