About Drop Legs

Drop Legs bring the party with their psychedelic blend of surf rock, hip hop and reggae. With dank bass lines setting up grooves they are the type of band that have fans going from a two step to a mosh before ending arm in arm singing along to feel good anthems. Hailing from Byron Bay, Australia, Drop Legs have built a core following of fans thanks to their energetic party-friendly shows. The last 12 months has seen them play venues and festivals across Europe, New Zealand and Australia including Boom Town (UK), Party In the Paddock, Falls Festival, Island vibes, Sound Splash (NZ), Paradiso (NL) and Madness (NL) as well as a sold out East Coast tour with Tones And I. In Australia, Drop Legs have supported bands such as Ocean Alley, The Bennies, Tones And I whilst overseas they’ve supported the likes of SOJA and The Beautiful Girls. The release of recent singles "Witness The Eucalyptus" and "Pacific Highway Trippin" has boosted Drop Legs profile, with airplay on triple j and rising to over 11 000 monthly Spotify listeners. Drop Legs have big plans for 2019, spending time in the studio with Eric Coehlo (Dope Lemon, Angus and Julia Stone, Havana Meets Kingston) to prepare a string of new singles set to drop throughout the year.
