Doctor Jazz's Universal Remedy is an electronic jazz quartet coming from Italy but wellknown in the Nu Jazz international scene. Their debut album was released initially by german label Wellington & sons, then by Kriztal Ent, for north american market. Finally by Pravzvuka for ex russian territories. The band consists of Doc Blade, Doc Marcus, Doc Delavie and Miss Loulou Dr. Delavie is the DJ and the record collector, Dr. Marcus contributes with his skills in producing and songwriting, Doc Blade is an exceptionally gifted saxophone player while Miss Loulou inspires the universal remedy with her voice. Tracks from the first cd were included on some of the most important compilations of lounge/chill out/nujazz genre, such as "Hotel Costes 6, Chill out in Paris 5, Earth 7, NuJazz 3 and 4, Jazz Masters", and much more all over the world. This Italian quartet has developed a live set that expertly combines hi-tech programming and sampling within a traditional live jazz band format. Chilled jazz, cocktail smooth, and oh so refreshing! In march will be released the second cd by german label "Young Society".
